The FCAP is a worldwide, non-denominational group of employees from various companies in the aviation industry. The regular meetings serve as an encouragement to let the gospel of Jesus Christ become a reality in practical everyday work.

The ministry of Fellowship of Christian Airline Personnel has been encouraging people to reach out to their co-workers in the airline workplace for over thirty years. FCAP had its “grassroots” beginning with a group of pilots in 1971 in the Atlanta area where the International Office is still located. Today, there are FCAP Fellowships in North and South America, Canada, Europe, Africa, the Far East and since 1976 also in Switzerland.

The FCAP Switzerland is organized as an independent association.
 

Our goals are:

- To let the reign and love of God become a liberating reality in everyday life.

- To give our co-workers a credible account for the basis and content of our faith.

- To strengthen Christians in faith and to encourage them to take their responsibility.

- To promote and practice understanding and unity among members of all Christian denominations
